Suite rate Increase – 1 guest from June 2023 and 2 guest from January 2024
Hello Longcroft ladies and gents,
We hope all is well with you and your four legged guests. Thank you once again for your feedback on our suite rates.
Below you will find a chart summarising the suite rate increases below. Apologies if these were not 100% clear from the start!
After chatting to some of you we realised that the majority wanted to implement the new rates ASAP so we have spent today updating the tariff page online in order for the new suite rates to be fairly advertised. Your individual hotel pages will be updated in the 24 hours.
The 1 guest suite rate is effective from June 1st 2023. This means, any confirmation you send out from today for a reservation after June 1st 2023 can be quoted at the new rate.
The 2 guest suite rate increase is for January 1st 2024. To be clear, any confirmation sent out from today for a reservation after January 1st 2024 can be quoted at the new rate.
Any confirmation that has already been sent out should not be amended / re-sent to reflect the new suite rates.
If a booking spans the old rate and the new rate (ie over the Christmas and New Year period) then please split the days / rates accordingly.
We have updated the suite rate tab on your spreadsheet for reference.

The tariff page is now updated to reflect the new prices for the 1 guest suite rate with a one liner at the end indicating that we will be increasing prices for the 2 guest suite rate from January 1st 2024.
We appreciate this may be a little confusing but hopefully a chat and the confirmation email clearly showing suite rates will clear this up. Please do not highlight the fact that we have had a suite rate increase in the confirmation email.
We welcome all feedback from yourselves and customers on this. The care and 5 star service we provide our customers offers superb value for money and we are sure we will exceed the expectations of many of our existing and new customers going forward.
