We hope you are all safe and well in your homes following yesterday’s announcement.
It’s a challenging and ever changing time at the moment.
On a positive note, the sun is shining !!
We have reviewed our cancellation policy in line with yesterday’s government advice allowing essential travel only. Whilst there has been no specific direction for us we feel we must now offer greater flexibility when it comes to our normal terms.
It is highly likely we will experience more cancellations for May and June with the uncertainty around travel restrictions. We now highly recommend contacting all future customers with more than 28 days notice to confirm their plans.
Please show flexibility with those that wish to change their plans, either within or outside of the 28 day policy. A compromise could be to transfer the deposit and / or the balance to another stay within 12 months.
Let’s look after our customers at this uncertain time to ensure they remain loyal to Longcroft once the storm is over.
