We are excited to share with you our new and updated “all inclusive only” booking confirmation email. This is specifically to use for those customers who prefer our all inclusive package or whose kitties have additional needs and therefore are better suited to our all inclusive package.

What’s new?

We have created a dedicated link to our new all inclusive page specifically for your hotel! 

All Inclusive is all about the care and attention to detail in areas where customers have additional wants and needs with the added bonus of being able to choose from most of the premium food choices and our A La Cat Menu. This will help promote the package and make the offering clearer. 

A link to an electronic veterinary treatment form. We feel that taking this away from the check in process will allow more time to be spent discussing the care element of the stay, the detail needed and a greater focus on both the customer and the guests rather than the admin!

This can be used for your everyday customers as well! 

Celebration boxesThe perfect way to celebrate a special occasion during the guests stay. This includes weddings, birthdays, engagements or  anniversaries. Tailor to the needs of the guest so may include a personalized blanket, cat friendly party items, toys etc.  Customers can purchase these for £25.00. 

This can be used as soon as you are ready to start using it and we hope to embed it into the business by end February 2024. 

If you are offering both Everyday and All Inclusive packages there will be some changes to the current confirmation email so please use this to promote both packages on offer.  This email is shared below.

Cut and paste the emails below into your “All Inclusive only” canned responses and update the “everyday and All Inclusive” canned response. If you don’t  know how to do this we will do this for you. All you need to do is share your gmail password with us.

Check that all of the links in the confirmation email work and are directed to your specific page. We have created 20 plus of these pages so let us know if there are any links that don’t work or go somewhere where they shouldn’t!

Hello xxx,

We are delighted to confirm (xxx)’s stay with us. We have reserved one of our spacious (extra) large suites between (xxx) and (xxx).

Each suite at Longcroft offers a thermostatically controlled bedroom, beautifully equipped with a wrought iron bed and soft bedding, leading to a safe and dry semi outdoor area offering a three-storey play centre with sunbathing platforms allowing our guests plenty of space to relax, explore and play.

Guest Profile Form

We kindly request that you complete our Guest Profile Form by clicking here. This really helps us to make our guests’ stay as enjoyable and relaxing as possible.

Vaccinations

In order to confirm the booking please send us your most recent vaccination certificate(s) as soon as possible, by photographing or scanning the documents and attaching to an email.

It’s worth mentioning that we require vaccinations to be a complete course, annual boosters are given every 12 months. You are welcome to contact us or our global team on 020 3887 2443 if you are unsure.

To ensure we give you our undivided attention we offer check-in and check-out times by appointment only. Please let us know by return email which of the following times is best and we will reserve these for you:

On arrival you are very welcome to use our driveway to park in. Feel free to bring any toys or favourite items that xxxx enjoys at home too.

Deposit and Payment  

We kindly request a deposit to confirm your booking. The balance is due 48 hours prior to check in. The deposit payable for your booking is £xxx

It would be great if you could settle the deposit, or you may wish to pay for the booking in full (£xxx ), by bank transfer directly to the following bank account:
