Hello Longcroft ladies and gents.
We have included the new Feb 2022 licensing guidance for you all – our top tips are in pink.There is also a new veterinary treatment form attached and a Preventative Healthcare Plan which you just need to add your hotel name to and have a read through.
Hopefully this should keep your licensing officers all happy!
